The application form takes five minutes. Approval takes up to one business day. Once approved, your workspace is ready immediately — no waiting for a separate onboarding call.
Do I need an existing portfolio to apply?+
No. You can apply with zero properties. Once approved, list your first property immediately via the single listing form or Bulk CSV Importer.
What if I already have a channel manager?+

Can I add the Agent role later?+
Yes. The Agent role add-on can be activated any time after your PMC is approved — via your dashboard billing settings. You don't need to decide at application.
