Connectivity — common questions
I don't have a channel manager. Can I still connect?+
Yes. iCal sync is free and takes 5 minutes — no channel manager required. You can also use CSV import for your initial portfolio upload, then manage availability manually from your PMC dashboard.
Which channel managers will be supported?+
The intention is to connect to the major channel managers over their APIs. If your provider speaks iCal or REST, it is on the list. Tell us which one you run and we will say where it sits.
How fast will availability sync?+
We are not quoting sync intervals until the connection is live and we have measured them. CSV uploads are processed within one business day today.
Can I connect one property to multiple channels?+
That is the design: one availability calendar per property, carried to every channel it is connected to.
Is the API available to all PMCs?+
API access is available to approved PMCs on applicable plans. It's designed for technical teams or PMCs building custom PMS integrations. See Plans & Pricing for details.
