Listing a holiday home
What does it cost to list?+
Nothing. Listing is free and there is no charge to publish. Paid options exist for owners who want more than the basic listing, and they are free during the launch year.
How long until it is live?+
One business day, once you have sent the details. Complete photographs and a filled-in description are what make it the shorter end of that.
What is a white-label link?+
A clean address for your property with no ClickyTour branding on it. Share it with a guest, hand it to an agent, or post it — it reads as yours, because it is.
Do I still set my own prices?+
Yes. Your rates, your seasons, your minimum stays. We do not override them.
Can I start self-managed and change my mind?+
Yes, in either direction and at any point. Owners commonly start self-managed for a season and hand over once they have seen what the work actually involves.
Reaching more channels
Can my property appear on the big booking sites?+
That is what the multi-channel option is for: your listing distributed to more than thirty booking channels and partner networks, with one calendar behind it. The connection to those channels is being put in place now, so ask us where it stands for your property type before you count on it.
Will I get double bookings?+
One calendar is the whole point of running it this way. Until the channel connection is live for your property, we will tell you plainly which channels are manual.
Selling or letting a property
How do I find out what it is worth?+
Ask for the free valuation. We look at where it is, its size and condition, and what comparable places nearby have actually sold or let for, and we come back with a figure and the reasoning behind it.
How long will it take to sell or let?+
It depends on the price, the location and the season, and anyone who gives you a number without seeing the property is guessing. The valuation includes what we think is realistic for yours.
Can I sell and let the same property at once?+
Yes. Both run in parallel and you decide which offer to take.
What is the proposals feature?+
Checked buyers and investors send a formal proposal on your property. Each one arrives with who they are, what they are offering, and when they want to move.
Do I have to sign with one agent?+
No. No exclusivity. Work with several agents through the network, or handle the enquiries yourself.
Money, data and people
What does the full-service option cost?+
It is commission-based: we earn when the property sells or lets, and not before. The rate depends on the property and the work involved, so it is settled in the conversation rather than printed on a page.
Is my information safe?+
Your data is encrypted and your contact details are never public. They reach a buyer or an agent only when you agree to it.
Can I be an owner and an agent at the same time?+
Yes. Owners who know their area well often sell other people’s places too, and earn commission on top of what their own property makes.
How do I reach a person?+
The support page, WhatsApp, or email. We answer within one business day, and WhatsApp is the quickest if it is urgent.
